Part I on 1st Tues, 0800-1200, covers starting the job search, job search strategies, writing effective resumes, and interviewing with confidence. Part II on 2nd Tues, 0800-1200, includes reviewing resumes with peers and consultants plus mock interviews to practice interview strategies. Business casual attire. Individual career counseling and resume assistance available by appointment after completion of UJS.

MANDATORY PRESEPARATION BRIEFING: Separatees – Wednesdays at 1230 and the 2nd, 4th, & 5th Wednesdays at 0830. (2 hrs.) Retirees – The 1st, and 3rd Wednesdays at 0800. (4 hrs.) Required and mandated by Congress to be accomplished NLT 90 days before your actual discharge date. This briefing is conducted at the Airman and Family Readiness Center. The 4 Day course does not preclude the attendance at this Mandatory Briefing.
